United We Stand, Health In Every Land
We are currently leading a transformative Equity health initiative in collaboration with Operation Rainbow, Global Health Partners (GHP), Not Just Tourist, and the Hands Off Committee, a coalition united by a shared mission: to deliver life-saving medical aid to communities in crisis across the Caribbean and Latin America.
Earlier this year, we successfully dispatched a 40-foot container carrying over half a million painkillers, anesthesia machines, and surgical essentials to hospitals in the Caribbean. This shipment marked a pivotal moment, not just in logistics, but in solidarity. It was tracked and evaluated using our custom Solidarity Shipment Index (SSI), which measures not only volume, but ethical reach, transparency, and patient impact. The SSI confirmed what we already knew: this aid saved lives.
Now, we prepare for our second major shipment, expanding our reach to rural clinics and trauma centers. This container will include chest tubes, suture kits, and critical surgical equipment—tools that have already proven essential in emergency pediatric care. One image from our last campaign shows a newborn undergoing surgery with a chest tube we delivered. Without it, he would not have survived. That’s the power of collective action.
This campaign has mobilized hundreds of individuals across the country. As our truck, loaded with 13 pallets (4x4x7),traveled coast to coast, we held strategic meetings in key cities to raise funds, build awareness, and spark new committees dedicated to sustaining this work. These gatherings didn’t just generate resources, they ignited a movement.
We are proud to work alongside UCSF physicians, the VP of Global Health Partners, and a growing network of clinical and logistical experts. Together, we are tackling severe health disparities with precision, compassion, and innovation.
This is more than a shipment. It’s a statement: that ethical aid, transparent metrics, and grassroots coalitions can reshape global health.
Join us. Share the story. Fuel the next container.
Meet Dr. Eliseo Pelico, a devoted physician serving the resilient community of Aldea Pitzal, Momostenango, Totonicapán, Guatemala. His unwavering commitment to health equity has inspired us to take action, and today, we’re proud to share a major step forward.
We’ve successfully acquired and shipped a Philips HD11 ultrasound system to Dr. Pelico’s clinic, thanks to your generous support and belief in our mission. This vital diagnostic tool, valued at $3,000 plus $1,000 in shipping, will dramatically enhance local care by enabling early detection, prenatal monitoring, and chronic disease management.
With this ultrasound, Dr. Pelico can now:
Perform real-time diagnostics in a region with limited imaging access
Support maternal and child health with safer, earlier interventions
Reduce unnecessary travel and referrals for rural patients
Strengthen community trust in local healthcare services
But this is just the beginning.
As part of our broader initiative, we’re also integrating the 75Health EMR system into Dr. Pelico’s clinic, capturing patient data ethically, securely, and transparently. This digital infrastructure will allow us to track outcomes, measure impact through our SSI metrics, and lay the groundwork for future NIH-backed research.
Together, we’re not just delivering equipment, we’re building a model for hemispheric health equity, rooted in trust, technology, and transnational collaboration.
Thank you for being part of this journey. More updates soon as we begin data onboarding and community outreach in Aldea Pitzal.

As we expand our coalition’s impact, PAMA is establishing itself as a research-producing entity rooted in transparency, redistribution, and community healing. Our future publications will not only generate data — they will elevate frontline voices, document ethical logistics, and redefine authorship to include those historically excluded. Through coalition-led studies, custom impact metrics, and narrative-driven methodologies, we aim to shift the research paradigm toward equity, visibility, and systemic transformation.
